Terminate the corrupt management at SCRAPS. They have no prior animal care, shelter care, or animal behavior experience. They have blatantly been dishonest with our community on multiple occasions, unnecessarily killed animals, and they do not meet the minimum requirements for the positions they hold, including holding a Limited Commission from Spokane County Sheriff. They advise our community to break the law by committing animal abandonment as well as bred a dog adopted from SCRAPS for a profit.

This form is to be used to collect information on bad experiences, complaints about, or negative impacts you have had with SCRAPS in the timeframe from November 2022 to current. The data will be compiled and sent to the Commissioner for the District you reside in.
